Shipping policy

Dispatch and Delivery:

  • Silkyfile uses UPS to ship worldwide. If at checkout your country is not listed or an error generating the shipping cost occurs please email support@silkyfile.com for us to create a custom shipping order. 
  • All shipping rates are based on order weight. 

Shipping (No custom products)

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are from $0 - $18.95 based on total order weight.
  • Please bear in mind these processing times will vary during busy sale periods.

Shipping (with custom products)

  • Orders are dispatched within 4-6 business days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are from $6.95 - $18.95 based on total order weight.
  • Please bear in mind these processing times will vary during busy sale periods.

Important Notes:

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
  • Silkyfile are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages during transit.
  • Signature is required upon delivery during business hours (occasional out-of-hour deliveries might occur).
  • Unattended deliveries: The courier will leave a notification card for pickup at a designated location.
  • Authorising "leave at door" releases Silkyfile from liability for stolen goods, even with purchased Parcel Protection.
  • Returned packages due to customer error including not accepting delivery, providing incorrect address and unclaimed parcels for more than 2 weeks will incur additional shipping charges for resending, even with purchased Parcel Protection.
